Hi, I’m Beth

I am so excited to meet you and work with you! I wake up every day thankful for the opportunity to change people’s live through whole food nutrition. I believe working your shift in the kitchen can lead to incredible shifts to your health. And I am so excited to show you how!

If it involves food- I am there!

Beth Kronenberg is the owner of Kitchen Shift. Beth holds a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Miami University in Oxford, OH. After a decade of work in the Medical Sales world, Beth enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned her certificate in Health Coaching. She also completed coursework in the Psychology of Emotional Eating and Gut Health from the same school. As a culinary medicine chef, she has witnessed how the intersection of nutrition and medicine can truly transform a person’s health. Beth works with individuals, groups, and corporate wellness programs.

Beth has unlocked the power of food for hundreds of people since Kitchen Shift came to be. She has had the pleasure of educating, inspiring, and helping people just like you change their life through powerful habit shifts, improved food relationships, balanced lifestyle choices, and all around increased happiness in all aspects of life.

There’s not enough time to be wasting it yo-yo dieting, beating yourself down, or living a life you’re not fulfilled by. And that starts with the fuel you put into your body and mind.
