Peach Pie Smoothie

I recently featured a peach pie on my Instagram Reel and it was a hit. Peaches are in season and are so sweet and tasty on a hot summer day. With the heat being off the charts this week, I think this peach pie smoothie is just what we need. Keep the oven off and pull that blender out! This one is simple- and delish.

Peach Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh ripe peaches (I highly recommend in season, ripe peaches- you can of course freeze some that you slice but don’t use the frozen from the grocery store!)

  • 1 cup non dairy yogurt- I love the dairy free vanilla Siggi’s

  • ¼ cup oats

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp almond extract

  • 2 scoops vanilla Core Strength protein by HUM

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1-2 cups almond or coconut milk
