Classic Hummus

Ingredients:

¼ cup Parsley

2 large garlic cloves, peeled

2 cups cooked chickpeas,

¼ cup Tahini

Juice from 2 lemons (about 2 Tablespoons)

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup broth or water

½ teaspoon cayenne, plus dash on hummus when finished

1 ½ teaspoons Sea salt

Directions:

In a food processor, combine parsley and garlic, chop. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and cayenne. Process until smooth, adding broth or water to thin if needed.
