In January of 2023, Ann made the shift with Beth at PowerSHIFT and never looked back.

When PowerSHIFT ended-
we jumped on a call and agreed to work together the next 355 days of the year.

No weight loss pills
No counting calories
No measuring food on a scale

She trusted me and embraced my methods.
She EMBODIED the Kitchen Shift pillars. She asked questions, attended every group call, downloaded podcasts, bought kitchen tools and cookbooks. She recruited friends for accountability and started sharing publicly what she was up to. She was obsessed -honestly. And I knew by the middle of February that this was a client who was going to change. Like REALLY change.

And change she did.

  • Started POWERSHIFT & committed to join MemberSHIFT

  • Slowly back to exercising, 6 full weeks of clean eating, used continuous glucose sensor for the first time.

  • Full steam ahead using POWERSHIFT 100% of the time, exercising and using the sauna. Weight was coming off, clothes were too loose.

  • I started over doing it. Beth had to prove to me I was under eating. Once I adjusted my protein intake (and this was hard) things took off! The muscle I built was incredible.

  • Brought a 6 month asthma check up, who was amazed I had gotten through spring without a blip.

  • I missed a monthly asthma shot, and didn’t even notice.

  • I had incorporated a LOT of little hacks from Beth. Journaling, more variety in my diet, including seasonal produce, trying an new recipe every week, and the membership in member shift started growing, with so many likeminded women, engaging in our calls every Wednesday.

  • My weight had dropped so significantly, I had to be taken off medications I’d been on for years, including 2 sleep medicines and an antidepressant, because they were beginning to have negative side effects. My body didn’t need them anymore. I also had not one article of clothing from the year before that fit anymore. My coats, vests, shoes, etc, all looked like I was wearing my husbands clothes. I’ve lost a shoe size.

  • I went back to my 6 month checkup with my asthma doctor. My breathing tests were off the charts. The inflammation my body has reduced is astounding. I was in a trial for a drug, Xolair, and I have been on it for 20 years. Now, I am able to cut my dose in half for the next 12 months, and the next 12 months we are going to wean me off completely.
