At Kitchen Shift I work with clients who are feeling frustrated and stuck. They want to cook more homemade meals but lack the recipes ideas, motivation and organization to do it. They know they need to be working out, but they just cannot find the time. They are frustrated that they cannot get into a groove with a healthy routine or habit. They see old pictures of themselves and yearn to feel the energy and the happiness that is reflected in those pictures. They feel tired all the time and lack motivation to just get started.
